For some people, grilling is limited to the usual hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages, and maybe ribs on occasion. Chef Jeff Baldwin of J. Baldwin’s Restaurant in Clinton Township says its possible to expand your grilling options to include appetizers, desserts, and other entrees. “It’s exciting to try something new.
