Steve Bieda, D-Warren, led Michigan’s Electoral College delegates in the Pledge of Allegiance Monday during a ceremony in the State Senate chambers to cast Michigan’s 16 electoral votes to President Barack Obama. “I was deeply honored to participate in Michigan’s Electoral College vote.
