The cost to mail a one-ounce letter, or purchase the new Forever stamps, will increase to 46 cents on Jan. 27, 2013. That’s up from 45 cents in 2012. Forever stamps allow customers to mail letters to any location in the U.S. The New Year will also introduce the First-Class Mail Global Forever Stamp, which will allow customers to mail letters anywhere in the world for a set price of $1.10.
