The Detroit Tigers Winter Caravan visited The Henry Ford in Dearborn on Thursday. Manager Jim Leyland and coaches Gene Lamont and Lloyd McClendon toured the museum and received a behind-the-scenes look at the new Driving America Exhibit, which opens to the public on Jan. 29. The Detroit Tigers Winter Caravan continues Friday. The Tigers will open the 2012 season April 5 against the Boston Red Sox at Comerica Park.

The Henry Ford gallery in Dearborn, Mich., is reopening after an extended period of remodeling to unfold an account of America's obsession with the automobile.
