City of Utica's Tree Lighting is Sunday, December 2, beginning at 6 p.m. There will be cider and donut holes, caroling, the Utica High School band and, of course, Santa Claus. Griswold Home Care is setting up a "Santa's Workshop" where the children can create a craft. They will also have available a bin where families can bring in new gloves, socks, scarves and hats for the homeless, if they wish.   more ›
