U.S. Rep. Sander Levin, D-Royal Oak, adopted Harper from 15 Mile to Metropolitan Parkway as part of County Executive Mark Hackel's efforts to reinvigorate the Adopt-A-Road program. Levin and a team of volunteers cleaned the roadway Thursday morning.
