The Cheesecake Shoppe operates from a small storefront on Greater Mack, supplying cheesecakes and cheesecake cupcakes as a fundraising tool for schools and local organizations, including the St. Clair Shores Figure Skating Club. Cakes and tarts are also specially made for occasions such as weddings and graduations. The menu changes seasonally. Fall flavors include Caramel Apple and Pumpkin cheesecakes. The sugar-free cheesecake was named Michigan's Best by The Detroit News. The Cheesecake Shoppe's wares are also available at independent markets throughout Metropolitan Detroit, in Clinton Township, Dearborn, Berkley, Troy and West Bloomfield.
