This was one of the worst customer service experiences for me. The staff are young teen-aged girls who do not value their customers or understand that customer service is essential to the success of a business. They were extremely rude and even attempted to "team up" in humiliating and disrespecting me in front of other customers. I do not recommend this store unless you are looking to be disrespected b teenagers while spending your money. Please save yourself the time and energy in attempting to conduct a mature and educated conversation with the staff regarding any issues because you will receive eye rolling and sarcasm. Not to mention the lack of respect and common courtesy is acceptable by the owner Renee so there is no need in asking for management. Run far and fast, GO ELSEWHERE, there are plenty of OTHER resale shops that offer better quality merchandise, prices and ACTUALLY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
