There are no membership contracts at Muscles Gym. The gym, in business since 1982, is privately owned and operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are no sign up fees, and no checking account deductions. Muscles is a full-service workout facility for men and women, including locker rooms and shower facilities. The gym floor has more than 50 workout stations. Nutritional supplements are available, including owner Mike Pompelia's signature "Mississippi Magic Muscle Potion." Stop by and try this gym out!
