Mancuso's Florist on Harper, founded by poinsettia grower Frank Mancuso Sr. in 1923, is a fun store with bubbly, energetic people eager to help. The store has been at this location since 2007, when the company merged locations from Detroit and St. Clair Shores into one operation. From St. Clair Shores, store workers deliver fresh flowers and plants in colorfully decorated vans -- everything from a dozen roses for $69.95 to the $94.95 "Poetic Power of Flowers." There is a wide selection of flowers available onsite. Orders are all taken in person or online.
Orders to deliver flowers and gifts internationally are accepted on an 800 line that is manned 24/7 by telephone operators in Arkansas. Mancuso's Florist teams with high-quality partners to deliver out of the area: "We custom select flower shops in cities across the country with the highest qualification and capabilities to satisfy the most discriminating customer." Best florist in the business! Hands down Mancuso's has the best customer service offered! No pretentiousness here. They go out of their way to ensure every customer is pleased with their order. I was also impressed with the wide variety of arrangements and gifts offered no matter the occation. Their website is well designed, extremely user friendly and walks you right through the order process. My overall experence with this florist is unsurpassed. Thanks Mancuso's!
Best Florist in St. Clair Shores. Great customer service and a wonderful selection to choose from no matter what the occasion. I also love the fact they particapate in the Groupon program. Great savings.

Spent almost $600 on flowers for my mothers funeral, asked them to put 3 hummingbirds in the arrangements, they agreed. They lost one of the hummingbirds and refused to return my calls. They did call the funeral home and promised them that they would have a hummingbird there before the service. It never arrived. We called numerous other times, kept getting promised someone would cvall us back. Finally abot 10 days later they found and offered to give us the hummingbird that they lost. You can stick it where the sun don't shine now. I would never deal with these incompetant people again.
