Wally's Anniversary, Halloween Events and a Girls Night Out Happening This Weekend

Here are some events to add to your weekend calendar:

• Camp Bow Wow will host a canine Halloween party Thursday.
• A Girls Night Out will be held at Assumption Cultural Center Thursday with health screenings, education and prevention information; Mediterranean cooking demonstrations; boutique shopping, chocolate, appetizers, makeovers and free giveaways.
• Good Shepherd United Methodist Church will hold a trunk or treat event Friday.
  
• The owners of Wally's Frozen Custard will celebrate their first anniversary from noon - 4 p.m. Saturday. Attendees are urged to wear a Halloween costume; meet Custard the Fire dog and take part in balloon animals, face painting, hot caramel cider and donuts, coffee, food samples, games and prizes.
• Bethel Lutheran Church will hold a concert Saturday by The Living Stones.
• The St. Clair Shores Activities Committee will host the Halloween Fun Fest Sunday in Blossom Heath Park.
