Firefighters Organize Bowling Fundraiser for Local Charities

The registration deadline is approaching for the annual St. Clair Shores Bowling Tournament to benefit local charities.

Registration closes this Saturdaty for the St. Clair Shores Firefighters 21st Annual Singles Bowling Tournament to benefit local charities.

Firefighters, elected officials and and others will take part in the tournament at Shores Lanes Saturday, March 3. There are two start times at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. for bowlers. Entry fee is $35 per person, and includes three games.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the St. Clair Shores Special Needs Summer Playground Program, the Macomb Literacy Partners and the Great Lakes Burn Camp. Organizers have a goal of raising $10,000 through the tournament, raffles and silent auctions.
