Lakeview Tennis Team Loses Opener
Huskies fall to L'Anse Creuse 8-0 in high school girls tennis match.
The tennis team lost its season-opening match 8-0 to L’Anse Creuse on Tuesday at Jefferson Middle School.
Lakeview’s No. 4 doubles team of Rachel Henzie and Shelby Bricker pushed L’Anse Creuse’s Mikalay LeRoy and Haley VanPaemel to three sets before falling 6-4, 4-6, 6-4.
Lakeview will return to action against Mount Clemens on Wednesday at Seminole Elementary School.
