In Photos: Golfers Hit the Links in January
Sunny skies and unseasonable temperatures have allowed golfers to hit the links in January at the St. Clair Shores Country Club. The course will be open Wednesday.
Golfers will have one more day of rare January time on the links at the Wednesday due to the unseasonable weather.
The 18-hole course has been busy since Friday, said Rob Spinazzola, golf course office manager, and added golfers will be able to hit the links Wednesday.
"You got to take advantage of the weather," said Larry Carpenter, of Harrison Township, as he walked onto the putting green at the Shores course.

After teeing off on 10th tee, and sending the ball down the center of the fairway, Reginald Blackshear had a big smile and said the weather was "great."
"I'm loving it," the Eastpointe resident said.
