The Lake Front Bistro at South Lake High School mixes classes, kitchen work and serving to create unique dishes for customers and life skills for students.

The restaurant, located in South Lake High School, is run by students who greet and seat customers, take their orders and serve meals also prepared by students in the kitchen.

All of the students who staff the Bistro are in the culinary arts program, who are eligible for up to 12 credits at Macomb Community College.
