Lake Shore State Champions to Reunite

The community is invited to attend the 20th anniversary celebration of the Lake Shores Shorians boys basketball team winning the state championship Dec. 19.

Twenty years ago the Lake Shore Shorians were on the top of the basketball world in Michigan.

The team went from their home court on 13 Mile all the way to the Breslin Center in East Lansing to win the Boys Basketball State Championship.

They were boys then, and now as men, their achievement will recognized as Lake Shore holds a 20th anniversary celebration of their championship with an on-court presentation between the girls varsity basketball game and boys varsity game on Dec. 19.
