K-9 'Superhero' Visits Assumption Nursery School
Students at Assumption Nursery School met a real-life superhero, Macomb County Sheriff's Officer K-9 officer Edo, during a recent visit.
Students in Nicole Beaudry's class at Assumption Nursery School recently had a living, breathing and shedding, real-life superhero visit their classroom.
The young 5's class had integrated superheroes into their lessons, and to wrap up their studies, Macomb County Sheriff's Office Deputy Clifton Morgan II and K-9 officer Edo visited the classroom.
Morgan discussed the role of a police dog, shared safety tips and even had the students take part in tracking activities on the school grounds.
