Detroit Red Wings Visit St. Joan of Arc

A representative from the Detroit Red Wings visited St. Joan of Arc Tuesday to share health tips, donate equipment along with showing team and school spirit.

St. Joan of Arc Catholic School hosted the Detroit Red Wings Tuesday as part of the team's School Assembly Program.

The program, which is a partnership between Detroit Red Wings Foundation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and the Kroger Company of Michigan, included a lesson on exercise and healthy eating tips, a donation of two full sets of floor hockey equipment complete with hockey sticks and goalie nets along with a shootout competition.
