This week, Patch wants to know: Where is the best place for a fish fry in Macomb County?

That’s the question in this week’s Food Fight, where we ask you for your opinion on the best places to eat around the area.

You can let us know by leaving a comment below. We have tweaked the Food Fight format, and you now may submit comments until 5 p.m. Sunday.

From there, we will take the top three nominees and post in an article first thing the morning of Monday, March 5. Then it will be time to vote again to decide the Food Fight champion.

Voting will continue until Friday, March 9, at 5 p.m. Then, on Saturday morning, we will announce the winner.

So show your hometown pride and pick a place near you. Boast about that great local restaurant, or the neighborhood church with the best fish fry around town.

And, if you are pulling for a certain place, share this column on your personal Facebook page and Twitter feed and ask your followers to vote.

This column is all about you—your ideas, your feedback and your voice—so we hope you will chime in and check back.

By FAR, St. John Fraser at 14 & Fraser! They sell record breaking numbers of dinners. Guests wait for an hour or more to get in and people even line up for take out!!! AMAZING!

By the way, St. John Fraser's Fish Fry includes all you can eat baked and/or fried (I like to eat some each), potatoes and/or french fries, coleslaw, and soft rolls. Plus, you even get a slice of pie for dessert :) Check it out!!!
