What's Closed for Christmas in St. Clair Shores and Macomb County
City and county offices will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday.
The following city and county offices will be closed for the Christmas holiday weekend:
- City Hall, 40th District Court, Senior Activities Center and Civic Arena will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24, and Tuesday, Dec 25. There will be no trash collection Tuesday, Dec. 25. Trash collection will be delayed one day.
- Macomb County government offices and the courts will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24, and Tuesday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas. Macomb County offices and courts will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 26, for an employee furlough/dock day. The closures exclude emergency services and 24-7 operations.
- Macomb Community College will be closed beginning Monday, Dec. 24. The college will reopen on Wednesday, Jan. 2.
- There will be no mail delivery Tuesday, Dec. 25.
