St. Clair Shores Civic Arena Festival Returns
The first major carnival of the year starts Thursday, and runs through Sunday, at Civic Arena.
The Festival returns this weekend with carnival rides for adults and children, midway games, food and free parking.
Proceeds from the festival benefits the Sports Group Carnival Fund, which supports Parks and Recreation Programs and Activities.

A coupon for $3 off the unlimited ride bracelets for Thurday and Friday is available at Civic Arena, online or on Patch. The coupon price is $15.
