On the Agenda: Requests from Tin Fish, Biggby, Brownie's

St. Clair Shores City Council will consider items including site plans for a Subway at 11 Mile and Harper, with a Biggby next door. Council will also consider a recommendation from the Ethics Sub Committee.

St. Clair Shores City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in City Hall.

Among the items council will consider are:

  • A request for approval of a transfer of ownership of a Class C liquor license to Tin Fish Management.
  • The site plan for a new Subway restaurant at 11 Mile and Harper, with a Biggby Coffee next door.
  • A request from Brownie's on the Lake for an expansion of existing outdoor seating area and entertainment stage, along with a request for permanent approval for outdoor entertainment music at the waterfront restaurant.
  • The St. Clair Shores Ethics Ordinance.
