Get Ready for Roadwork

The Michigan Department of Transportation announced that work will resume April 10.

Spring brings warmer weather and road repairs.

The Michigan Department of Transportation announced Tuesday that bridge repair resumes Sunday, April 10, on the Interstate 94/Interstate 696 interchange in St. Clair Shores.

Crews this year will work on repairing the 44-year-old, 11 Mile bridge over I-94 one direction at a time, according to an MDOT release. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained during the project, which is scheduled to be complete in September.
