Deputies Arrest Two Allegedly Intoxicated Men and a Pug

The following information is gathered from the Macomb County Sheriff's Office. Arrests do not indicate conviction.

A Macomb County Sheriff's deputy was on patrol in the early morning hours of April 2 and observed motor vehicle drive onto the hike-bike trail at Tucker Park.

Two deputies converged on the trail from opposite directions, according to a report, encountered the vehicle with two, 19-year-old men from St. Clair Shores and a pug.

Deputies questioned the men and gave them preliminary breath tests. The men were arrested for being minors in possession of alcohol, their car was towed and their dog "Bentley" was turned over to the Macomb County Animal Control Officer for safekeeping, according to a report.
