St. Clair Shores police are investigating a reported armed robbery Sept. 25 of the Little Caesars on Greater Mack.
About 9:56 p.m. a 28-year-old male, 6-feet 2-inches tall with a black afro, goatee and mustache and tattoos on his neck that included "live" and "God" entered the store and asked how much it would be for a pizza.
When he heard the amount, he reportedly replied "that's straight" and handed over a $20 bill. The cashier opened the register, and turned to tell a manager that the order was up, and turned back to find a gun pointed at her face.
The suspect told the employee to back up, and he grabbed the cash drawer from the register and took the money. He then pointed a gun at the manager and asked if there was any additional money. The manager replied "that's it."
The suspect then told employees to go to the back of the store. The employees waited several minutes before calling police. He fled in an unknown direction.
Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call police at (586) 445-5300.
