Police Investigate Burned Crosses at St. Joan of Arc
The following information is gathered from the St. Clair Shores Police Department. Arrests do not indicate conviction.
An employee of St. Joan of Arc contacted St. Clair Shores Police April 9 after crosses placed in front of the church were knocked over, and attempted to be set on fire.
According to a police report, the church has had problems with someone driving over the lawn and overnight April 9 knocked over six PVC crosses. Additionally, someone attempted to burn a number of crosses on the lawn.
