Police in the Shores were alerted to Budzynowski’s online activities by Homeland Security in November 2010. Investigators said that Homeland Security traced a number of images of child pornography to his computer and also found he had been involved in sexually explicit chats about young females in online conversations with adults.

In addition to the jail time, Servitto ordered Budzynowski to wear a tether for 180 days after he is released from jail, register as a sex offender and forfeit his computer along with being barred from using a computer.
