Man Caught on Home Surveillance Camera Waives Preliminary Exam

A 29-year St. Clair Shores man caught on surveillance camera after he allegedly burglarized a home on Frazho Road waived his preliminary exam Tuesday in 40th District Court.

A St. Clair Shores man allegedly caught on a surveillance camera searching through a Frazho Road home waived his preliminary exam Tuesday on home invasion charges in 40th District Court.

James Marino, 29, waived his preliminary exam on a charge of home invasion, second degree, before 40th District Court Judge Joseph Oster.

He will be arraigned in Macomb Circuit Court on March 18.

Police said Marino took jewelry and money. He is being held in the Macomb County Jail on $30,000 bond.
