This is not the first time he has done this. Wish to send thanks to Macomb County Judge for applying the Holmes Youthful Training Act for Mr. VanDenbroeck on 01/18/12. It was obvious then as it is now that he doesn't need to be walking the streets. Everyone else could see it, why couldn't you. Is this the meaning of "Justice is Blind?" Maybe a law needs to be put into effect making a Judge monetarily responsible for irresponsible decisions. If you are a victim, please stand up for yourself, be strong, appear in court & complete your victim impact statement.
