Court Brief: Woman Pleads Guilty in Teen Drinking Case

Woman who is alleged to provided alcohol to teens pleads guilty in St. Clair Shores District Court.

A 42-year-old St. Clair Shores woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allegedly providing liquor to teens at a y.

Michelle Turczynski is alleged to have provided alcohol to three, 13-year-old females and a 13-year-old boy who attended a sleepover party at her apartment in the Harper and Violet area following the homecoming game.

During the party on Oct. 15, Ronnie Glenn Hill is alleged to have fondled a teenage girl who attended the sleepover.

Hill is charged with one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and four counts of contributing to a delinquency of a minor. He has a pretrial conference on Dec. 6.

Truczynski was also charged with four counts of delinquency of a minor, but pleaded to two counts in 40th District Court before Judge Mark Fratarcangeli. She will be sentenced Nov. 29. Both are free on bond.
