AFTER 43 YEARS IN ST CLAIR SHORES MY WIFE WILL NOT GO IN OUR BACK YARD DUE TO RATS.  THE CITYS NEW CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.  RATS, CATS, AND OTHER ANIMAL ARE LIVING UNDER MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS HOUSE AND THE CITY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.
