Parks and Recreation Upkeep Issues

My child plays on the SCSBCA leagues. We play at several different fields throughout the city. Today on 5-29-14 we played at Chippewa Field at 10 and a half and Jefferson. In the league we pay to play. Can not some of this money go to grass cutting and upkeep!!! LOOK AT THIS!!!
