Obituary: Breeana Kay Dixit, Western Michigan University Graduate

Breeana Kay Dixit, 22, a St. Clair Shores resident and Western Michigan University graduate,

Ms. Dixit recently graduated with a bachelor of science degree in psychology and enjoyed working with children. She also had a passion for music and played the piano and cello, her family included in her Kaul Funeral Home obituary.

She was known as "Miss Bree" at AppleTree Christian Learning Center where she has worked for the past four years, according to a story on MLive.

"It’s been rough for the staff, for the kids and for the parents," owner Joellen Drallette told MLive. "Working in all the areas of the center, everyone knew her and she touched the lives of all the people."

She was the daughter of Julie (Nick) Horvath and Sharad; sister of Kelly and Marc Horvath.

Visitation will be held from 2-9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores.

Visitation will continue on Saturday at Bethel Lutheran Church, 26400 Little Mack on Saturday, Feb. 16, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service.

Friends of Ms. Dixit have set up a website to help offset the costs of her funeral.
