SPRING into your CALM-NESS...or STRESSED?!?

Sunshine and blue skies are tantalizing our sense and outdoor blooms are enticing!

Yet,  throughout our day there seems to be the same old patterns intermittently with anxiety, concerns and worries about the many things we have no control over. And there we are,  holding our breath, at the very least only bringing in enough air into our chest that we can feel and hear it rambling through our ''windpipe''.....

ALAS,  spring is here and now is good a time as any to say "TIME FOR ME",

time for me to put myself FIRST,  to start a 'practice' on behalf of my very own

well-being.

WELL-BEING begins on the inside.  To take a few moments to be still.  To breathe deep, slow, rhythmically completely filling our lungs on the inhalation, the slowly and rhythmically exhaling every bit of that used up old air; then there is a slight pause.   And the cycle begins again.

Did you know there are literally DOZENS of breath-techniques.  And when you beging to ''practice'' them,  even for a few minutes,  let's say 5 minutes----it's amazing how LONG it seems.  AND, it's amazing what incredible results are available from beginning this type of practice.

It's time for you to give yourself permission to begin your own practice.  There are MANYMANYMANY....it's time to give one a try!
