A Meaningful Seasonal Ceremony

As autumn turns toward winter, this time marks the beginning of the Winter Dreaming.  The last push of the dark-of-moon Waning energy, before the New Moon; a window of deeply transformative energies, to call on new and different choices.

The Frosty Moon of November is upon us, also known as the Beaver Moon, marking the time of year in the northern hemisphere for ground frost.   Dating back when Native Americans named full moons, distinctively to help keep track of the seasons; this was the time when beaver traps were set before the swamps froze, to ensure their winter supply.

How we can actively prepare ourselves in order to ensure a supply of warmth during this forthcoming season of winter?  How might we best utilize our time setting beaver traps,  before OUR swamps freeze:  body, mind & spirit ?
