Candlelight Vigil for Mental Illness

Tree of Hope Foundation is holding a candlelight vigil in conjunction with the National Day of Prayer for Mental Illness Recovery and Understanding. The vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

Service is non-denominational and anyone suffering from mental illness of any kind, plus family, friends, co-workers, mental health workers and more, are invited to join together to help vanquish fear and misunderstanding and to acquire and share knowledge and compassion.

There will also be free, private screenings for depression available after the service. There is no cost to attend. Simply stop by, join in and let the healing begin by knowing you don't have to go through this alone.
