Shake it with Shelby Zumba is an easy and comfortable fitness class. You don't have to have experience! It's only a $5 drop in fee, or 5 classes for $20.
Shelby is not hard to follow, and is all about having a party.
12+ are welcome! Kids under 12 may sit on the bench if they have something to keep them occupied. No problem.
Bring Water, we do have mini bottles if you forget :)
