JMS Giving Garden

Starting Thursday, 8/8/13, is the 2nd annual Jefferson Middle School students Community Vegetable  "Giving Garden".  Students have planted, grown, and tended the gardens all summer and are now excited to open the Giving Garden  every Thursday in August and September, 4 PM - 6 PM for the community to help themselves to FREE vegetables. The Optimist Club of St. Clair Shores works with the students during the "Giving Garden" hours.  Last year area residents offered their fruits and vegetables to the garden also. Donations are accepted.  Mark your calendar for every Thursday, 4 PM - 6 PM.
