During these 90-minute experiential sessions we will
discuss the mind-body relationship of stress, with focus on methods that induce the relaxation response. You will leave with clarity on an assortment of techniques that you can immediately use every day to begin to manage your stress~
Themes
will vary each session and include:
breath-work, guided meditation & imagery; supplies provided (bring your journal if you like)
