From There to Eternity: The Love Story of George & Ellen Booth

On the first of four themed tours offered February - May:


Experience the romance that blossomed between the Cranbrook founders for a span of more than 60 years. Guests will have the opportunity to:


 * Marvel at Ellen Booth’s recently restored wedding gown along with her wedding shoes

* View a love letter given to Ellen by George Booth on their wedding day


* Journey to the second floor for an exclusive peek into Ellen Booth’s bedroom suite and visit other rarely seen treasures

Cranbrook House will offer four themed tours between February and May. Guests will be presented with recent discoveries and rarely seen treasures that provide new stories of the house and those who lived there. Visitors will journey to the second floor of the home for an exclusive peek into Ellen Booth's former bedroom suite.


Attendees should arrive at 10:45 a.m. Tours will start promptly at 11 a.m., box lunch will be served at 12:15 p.m. Docents will be available during lunch for questions. Reservation required. Admission for a single tour is $30 per person; all four tours can be purchased together for $100 person. Guests should park across the street from Cranbrook House at Christ Church Cranbrook.


*Please note: The second floor and other select areas of Cranbrook House unfortunately do not offer barrier free access. Assistance for persons using wheelchairs or walkers is recommended.
