PAWS, the beloved Detroit Tigers mascot, paid a visit to an enthusiastic group of kids at in St. Clair Shores Wednesday morning.

The visit was in celebration of the end of reading month at the school—month that saw Assumption Nursery School kids read more than 6,000 books.

Students at the school sang songs to PAWS while he entertained the group with his antics, provoking smiles and laughter.
