Vote for Your Favorite Business in the "Light the Shores" Contest

Here is your chance to select the best decorated businesses in St. Clair Shores in three holiday categories: who has the best lights in St. Clair Shores, the best window or interior display and the most creative holiday display.

Twas the first day of voting in the Light the Shores campaign, and the lights and ribbons have been hung in businesses throughout St. Clair Shores in hopes that the voters will soon cast votes on Patch.

Businesses throughout the city, including the members of the Harper Avenue Business Association, 9 Mack Merchants Association, Nautical Mile Merchants Association, non-members of those organizations and those on the mile roads and Little Mack, have decked their storefronts and properties for the holiday season and the annual competion.

Patch is hosting the voting for the nearly two-week-long campaign as businesses compete in three categories. Here are the links to the polls:

  • Best Window/Interior
  • Most Creative
  • Best Overall

Voters will need to register to be a Patch user by filling out a few items at http://stclairshores.patch.com/login to cast your selection. Don't worry, you won't receive spam by registering on Patch.

Readers of Patch can vote for best window/interior, most creative and best overall holiday display from now until through 11:59 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14. Winners will be announced at the City Council meeting Dec. 17.
