An estimated 100 homes will be included in this year's open house from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Prospective buyers will be able to visit City Hall to speak with real estate agents and receive a list of homes for sale.

If these people find a home, representatives from appraisals and mortgage companies will be available for prospective buyers.
