Library is Hopping this Holiday

There will be no better day to spend some time at the library than Dec. 11, as it promises to be full of fun. Some of the highlights include:

  • Drop-in craft time for kids: 10 am-12 pm and 2 pm-4 pm
  • Friends Craft and Bake Sale: 10 am-4 pm
  • The Library's 75th Jubilee Cupcake Station: 10 am-12 pm and 2 pm-4 pm
  • Santa will be at the Selinsky-Green Farmhouse Museum, 10 am-3 pm

Plus, there will be an open house at the Local History Center, from 10 am-12 pm and 1 pm-4 pm, which will feature:

  • The story of the Christmas Tree Ship, the Rouse Simmons
  • Crafts and fun for kids
  • Cookies
  • A chance to research your family tree
  • The Historical Society of St. Clair Shores will be selling handmade items, antique books, Muskrat Tales, specialty teas and soaps
