Biggby Submits Plans for New Location in St. Clair Shores
Development of a new Biggby Coffee in St. Clair Shores is moving forward according to city officials.
Biggby Coffee has submitted plans for a new location on Harper, north of 11 Mile, in St. Clair Shores.
Mayor Kip Walby recently provided the update about the plans for the coffee shop to renovate an existing 2,000-square-foot structure during a recent City Council meeting.
According to a site plan previously approved by City Council, the building will have a drive-thru and outdoor seating. Construction on the Biggby is expected to begin in the spring.
A drive-thru Subway on the corner of Harper and 11 Mile will be built later this year.
