Enjoy Holiday Happenings at the Library

Enjoy holiday fun at the St. Clair Shores Library. On Dec. 10 there will be plenty going on to get you into the spirit.

Stop at the Selinsky-Green Farmhouse Museum from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., when Santa Claus pays a visit to hear all the little boys' and little girls' wish lists.

Be sure to stop at the Friends of the Library Craft and Bake Sale from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. for homemade goodies and handmade crafts.

Children of all ages are invited to stop at the Youth Services area from 10 a.m.-noon and 2-4 p.m. for drop-in holiday crafts. Materials and directions for making a "Snowman in a Jar" will be provided, and members of the Teen Advisory Board (T.A.B.) will be in attendance to lend a hand.

And, the Local History Center, on the lower level of the library, will host an Open House from 10 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. This year's theme is "Celebrate Michigan Lighthouses," and guests will enjoy making a Michigan lighthouse paper craft.
