The St. Clair Shores Public Library will be hosting a pair of reading activities for children. 1st Stop for TOTS, at 10 a.m. today, provides children up to four-years-old can participate in rhymes, songs and stories. TOT Time follows at 10:30 a.m., and is a free drop-in program for children up to five-years-old. Parents and children can choose a book to read together, play with toys and puzzles or enjoy visiting with other children and adults.
