Five things to get your day started in St. Clair Shores.

Here are a few items to help you get started today.

1. Today may be the last day of our cooler weather. The National Weather Service is forecasting mostly sunny skies with a high near 84.

2. The National Weather Service is forecasting variable winds 10 knots or less, before turning to the south at 5 to 10 knots, on Lake St. Clair. Waves will be around 1 foot.

3. Parrotheads will fill for a  by the Jimmy Buffett tribute band Air Margaritaville. The show begins at 7:30 p.m., and make sure you wear your best party garb.

4. Pack your patience as another road project has started in the Shores. A crack sealing project started Tuesday on Harper, and is expected to continue another two days.
