Goodfellows Hit The Streets, Work Not Done Yet

Goodfellows took to the streets Saturday to sell newspapers, and still need volunteers before Christmas to help pack and deliver baskets.

Members of the St. Clair Shores Goodfellows, local Scouts and other volunteers took to the streets to sell papers for their annual fundraiser.

The Goodfellows will use funds raised from the paper sale, along with other fundraising efforts, to create baskets for about 150 families in St. Clair Shores.

Volunteers are still needed from 7 - 9 p.m. Dec. 22 and 23 to sort donated food and pack the baskets at the north fire station on 13 Mile and Greater Mack. Volunteers can also help on deliver the baskets from 9 - 11 a.m. Dec. 24.

To donate, or for more information about the Goodfellows, call (586) 980-0400.
