Giovanni's Cannoli to be Sold at Senior Center K-Cup Exchange
Cannoli sale, K-Cup swap and bake sale planned Thursday at the Senior Activities Center.
Giovanni Evola from Giovanni's Bakery is coming out of retirement Thursday to sell cannoli at the K-Cup Swap and Bake Sale at the St. Clair Shores Senior Activities Center.
Evola retired in 2011 and closed his bakery on Harper. Customers who have missed his treats can purchase them at the unique Senior Center event, where coffee lovers can exchange the single serve K-Cups and try new flavors.
The event starts at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23. In addition to the cannoli sale and K-Cup exchange, Chef Marti from the center will be making her spinach pies.
